Composition:
Each 100 ml Contains:
Ivermectin 1 gm
Properties:
Ivermectin is a unique endo-ectoparasitecidal with wide safety margin. It is
derived from the family avermectins, isolated from fermentaion of the soi organism Streptomyces avermitilis. It paralyzes and ultimately kills nematods, arthropodes and insects by a unique effect on the nervous system.
Indications:
For treatment and control of the following internal parasites:
In cattle, buffaloes, camels, sheep & goats:
Gastrointestinal nematode worms (including immature and inhibited larvae),
Lungworms ,ascarids, trichures, eyeworms (thelaziosis) and filarial
nematodes (parafilariosis, onchocerciasis), kidney worm (stephanurosis).
Hypoderma bovis and strongyloidosis.
For treatment and control of the following External parasites:
Mites responsible for sarcoptic, chorioptic and psoroptic mange, biting and
sucking lice, ticks, grubs, and agents of myiasis.
In Camels:
G.I. roundworms, mange and mites

Contraindications

It should not be administered to dairy cows and buffaloes. It should not be administered to horses.

Dosage and administration:

Cattle, buffaloes & camels: 1 ml per 50 kg b.wt. to be given subcutaenously. Sheep & Goats: 0.5 ml per 25 kg b.wt. to be given subcutaenously.

Withdrawal time:

Meat: 28 days
